A page about support means nothing if the page itself shuts people out. Here is what we have built into this site, what you can ask for instead, and what to do when something here does not work for you. That last part matters most, so it comes with a promise.
Plain English, short sentences, no jargon without an explanation. Text sits on high-contrast backgrounds and scales up cleanly when you zoom, on a phone or a desktop.
Every button and question on this site works without a mouse, and our interactive tools are labelled so screen readers can follow along. If your setup hits a wall anywhere, we want the details.
Nothing on this site saves your answers or tells anyone you visited. You can explore every worry and every tool without leaving a trace, which for some visitors is the accessibility feature that matters most.
Large print, printed copies, or someone talking you through any page over the phone. Email us and say which page and which format.
If reading English is the barrier rather than the ideas, tell us. We can arrange a conversation instead of a form, and support for ESOL learners runs right through the training itself.
Every tool and page here has a person behind it. If sites like this simply do not suit you, one email or one call replaces all of it.
If you struggled to use this site, the fault sits with the site. Tell us, and we will prove we mean that.
Our accessibility position
If the site works for you, carry on exploring. If it fights you anywhere, one email fixes it for you and improves it for everyone after you.
